Welcome to my website.   I am an author and psychologist, and my special
interest is in children and young adults. 

By using the tabs you can read up about me, find out about my books, check out
my garden in the gallery, or have a go at the puzzle page.   Some of the puzzles
are especially for kids, but others are much harder.  Try your luck!  

I give lectures on the subject of fictional writing and on childrens’ gardening,
and this year I have been invited to give a series of talks at the BBC Gardener’s
World Show in Birmingham.  If you are a teacher, or the organiser of a group
